Excellent location near the port and metro station. Clean and safe area. Outdoor terrace with beautiful harbor and castle views. Welcoming and helpful staff. Cheerful breakfast service. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Good standard room with balcony. Great for traveling to Sorrento, Capri, and Positano. Super central for catching ferries. Close to the Old town.

It is also close to the main shopping areas and the Marina, offering easy access for exploring nearby attractions like Capri. The reception staff are helpful and friendly, providing assistance whenever needed.
The breakfast service could be improved with better replenishing of items and anticipation of guest needs.

It was clean, had great facilities, and convenient parking. Transportation was excellent, with the hotel being close to the final stop for the airport bus, in a safe area, and near the harbor. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful.

The staff was helpful, offering great restaurant recommendations and organizing drivers for day trips. The location was convenient near the ferry port, perfect for exploring nearby islands. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options. The view from the balcony was refreshing and the personnel was friendly.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the port and the castle. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with a great view from the balcony. The best part was the driver recommended by the hotel, Francesco. He made our excursions to Amalfi coast and Pompeii lovely. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the port. This made it very convenient for our journey. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, especially during breakfast. Speaking of which, the breakfast was amazing. The quality of the continental breakfast was top-notch and the variety of options was impressive. We loved enjoying our meal on the terrace, which offered a unique and refreshing view of the castle and port area. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, feeling more like a mini apartment. The staff were professional, friendly, and even allowed us to check in earlier, which was a great bonus. the comfort, location, and quality of service made our stay here exceed our expectations.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
